The first export deal ever made was in 1962 when we supplied a rotary vacuum filter for Karup Kartoffelmelfabrik in Denmark. This was the first contract LARSSON™ received outside of Sweden almost 60 years ago. Export then spread as rings on water during the coming years with LARSSON™ equipment today delivered all over the world. We have continued supplying Karup throughout the years together with our esteemed cooperation partner and agent, the International Starch Institute (ISI) and ending up us delivering to Karup the biggest potato starch factory in the world in 2019.
We therefore want to celebrate this truly long-lasting customer relationship as an example of our core company ambition and philosophy and how we want to create relationships with our clients that shall last through generations.
We thank everyone for their interest and participation in this competition. We have received guesses from all over the world and in the end, since we have received several correct answers, we had to determine the winner by a draw.
