Natalia & Emma – Welders in Production

Natalia and Emma both work as welders at LARSSON, where they contribute daily to the company’s production — from project work to customer-specific solutions. Natalia has been with the company for seven years and has developed her skills over time, earning her welding certification. Emma, who has worked here for four years, chose the profession because she wanted a hands-on job — a decision she has not regretted for a single day.

The work is varied and independent, where they are responsible for their own areas but also collaborate as a team when needed. They weld, assemble, and manufacture components both for the company’s own machines and directly for customers.

Both highlight LARSSON as a workplace with a high degree of freedom under responsibility, where you can plan your own work and continuously develop. There is a strong sense of community and an open environment where everyone — regardless of role — works together.

“Many people think the job is physically demanding, but we have good tools and equipment that make the work easier,” they explain.

The best part of the job? The family-like atmosphere, team spirit, and the opportunity to occasionally visit customers and see the results of their work in real life — for example, at plant sites abroad.

Do you also want to be part of developing the process solutions of the future?

At LARSSON, you will work in an international environment where technology, innovation, and people are at the core. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to grow, make an impact, and be part of a team that drives the industry forward.
